Sources and status

A concrete hypothesis.
An honest evidence boundary.

Public primary sources explain why the task is relevant. They do not demonstrate customer endorsement, available funding or results for EON Manufacturing.

Krones: When every changeover minute counts ↗

OEM discussion of changeover coordination, manual tasks and operator guidance. Supports task relevance; no EON outcome is inferred.

Krones LineXpress ↗

Existing changeover automation and guided manual tasks are alternatives. Begin with a residual problem rather than duplicate an existing solution.

Sidel Lane Divider ↗

Product characteristics influence guide configuration. This does not validate the proposed rig design.

Sidel Automatic Guide Adjustment ↗

Some guide changes are already automated. Training should address an actual remaining task or exception.

Danone Industry 5.0 Academy ↗

A primary example of hands-on industrial learning. No customer relationship, interest or budget is claimed.

Supplied EON V30 parent-platform material

Source for the Digital Twin / Work Loop architecture, scoped 3-30-30 benchmark and reviewed, governed learning requirement. Manufacturing native acceptance remains pending.

Application and present status

The Manufacturing example uses an original inert training-rig concept, illustrative scenes and an interactive equipment model. The proposed Genesis and Field-IQ workflow requires native product acceptance, approved equipment geometry and source-defined physical checks. No customer endorsement or measured customer outcome is claimed.

Model and training-draft provenance.

Seven original GLBs, 216 named nodes and 21 concept training drafts are now available. No approved operating SOP, OEM dimensional acceptance, native Manufacturing simulation or measured customer result is implied.
